After 10 years together, Rachel and James celebrated their love with a heartfelt University of Western Australia wedding and Boatshed restaurant wedding.
Their Perth wedding started with James getting ready at Quest apartments in South Perth and Rachel getting ready at her parents’ house.
The day before their UWA wedding Perth saw some wild weather with many branches and even trees blown over. However, come Rachel and James’s Perth city wedding day the weather was perfect for their I do’s.
UWA is fantastic Perth wedding venue as you can hold your outdoor ceremony in several beautiful spots and there are an abundance of wedding photo locations for your wedding party and couple photos.
Heading into the warmer months, if couples’ want lovely golden sunset photos timing these are important as the sun doesn’t set until most receptions have started.
Rachel and James wanted to take advantage of the stunning Perth city views of the Boatshed restaurant so at sunset we headed out onto the jetty for some golden hour goodness.
Their Boatshed restaurant wedding reception was filled with tears, pure joy and lots of dancing!
